All was good: clean, easy, friendly staff

The place is great! Location has great transport link. The staff are friendly, clean room and they gave us fresh towels everyday.

Loved the cute decor, something fun for everyone. The staff was extremely helpful. We needed to leave at 7am for the airport and the staff provided some breakfast at 6:30 for us, 30 minutes ahead of the breakfast scheduled time. Caring and kind.

Good Hotel, good service & location. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast with several options. The King size room was great especially on the E level floor. Merci Nora & team. The hotel is in a diverse community of Paris 18 surrounded by great restaurants & local spots . Great Vietnamese, Indian, African restaurants & Aux Bonne Grill Paris. Several boulangeries with in walking distance & fresh produce as well as bar around he hotel. Nord Nord was not that bad. Will recommend Aux Bonne Grill for fresh grill meal. Also the hotel is with in walking distance to buses, Gare de Nord & green line. Will definitely book it again. See you next time!

I booked with The Jangle Hotel based upon high reviews. Prior to arriving, the hotel sent a welcoming message with a reminder of their shuttle service. I was greatly impressed. I am giving a mediocre rating for the following reasons: the shuttle service was not booked for the time I requested. My intuition told me to consult reception in the morning and thankfully the new team at the reception desk got us on at a suitable time. An older gentleman was our initial waiter. I ordered soup and salad. He suggested repeatedly to start with salad and end with soup.The soup never came. Though I noted several others arriving after us were served and on their way before we were ever approached again. In fact, a man two tables over ordered the same meal as me, albeit the large salad, served by the same waiter and he was served promptly. A waitress came, I explained the situation. She clearly did not understand. I requested the soup originally ordered and suggested my son order a dessert. Again, the order took an extremely long time to the point I cancelled the request and paid for what we consumed. Finally, upon settling down for the night, discovered the toilet was leaking as we could hear it dripping. I contacted the front desk who moved us to the first floor behind reception where it was very loud time. Overall, I would consider your reason for staying. If it is to be close to the airport, you can do better as I have stayed at CDG airport hotel before with greater success.
