"We enjoyed our stay. Only draw backs were the hotel does not have air conditioning and the elevator can only be used to send luggage up and down between floors. We slept with window open which was fine but there was some noise from the street at various times over night. This all said we enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff are great. We would consider staying again next time we are in the area."

"We’ve stayed here several times and always been impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and helpfulness of the staff. The location is perfect and the spa is a welcome sight at the end of a a long day walking around the town"

"Overall, we had a good stay. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The only downsides were that the parking was quite expensive, although we managed to find cheaper parking nearby, and the elevator was out of order during our stay. Apart from these minor issues, everything else was good, and we felt the hotel offered fair value. We would be happy to stay here again."

"I had a great experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. My only feedback would be regarding the pillows, as I didn’t find them comfortable. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay."

"Lovely staff, great rooms, pool was lovely but busy. The biggest single let down was breakfast. It was OK nothing special but charging £4 for a speciality coffee and then £6 to upgrade your breakfast for a come of extra bits was just cheap and penny pinching. I typically spend 100+ nights a year in hotels from 3* to 5* and the breakfast thing stuck out out bad."

"Amazing host (I think it’s Louise’s daughter instead of Louise), gave me great recommendations, super welcoming to guests. The room and property have a homey feeling, super duper clean, also very well set up - had the best sleep I’ve had across 2 weeks in the UK across various accommodations, also very spacious. Most importantly, the room has a small but strong fan and a ceiling fan, which made it very comfy on a summer night. It’s also close to Alexandra Park which has a lookout to the entire Bath town centre! Thanks for making my one night in Bath extra smooth!"
