"We received a very warm welcome and it seemed as if nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything about the room seemed designed for the guests' comfort rather than the hotel's convenience. It was an easy walk into the city centre and there is the option of a bus back if you don't fancy the walk up the hill. Alexandra Park, about 15 minutes walk from the hotel, offers superb panoramic views across the city. Breakfast was excellent - cooked options freshly made to order with a wide choice."

"We are so glad we chose a hotel with car parking and slightly out of Bath. When we arrived Bath was at grid lock so it was so nice to be able to park up and be slightly out of Bath. You are still close enough to walk in which we did through Prior Park which is amazing (just be aware it is a steep descent and climb back up). Our accomodation was spotless and appeared freshly decorated to a nice taste. We had two evening meals and two breakfasts which were all to a very good standard. The staff were all very friendly and helpful so overall we would come back here again"

"Place was lovely. Our only drawback was the shower wasn’t the best. There was a little to no pressure for the hot water which made showering difficult. Other than that. Louise a host was wonderful. She went out of her way to meet us. We got there early to check in the room was enchanting, love the high ceiling and new windows and the view was amazing. Highly recommended."
