"I was in room 419 from Aug 24- 28Staff was beyond excellent, friendly, very attentive and helpful, with security , Jennifer, Carlos some of the name I remember, but the entire staff was excellent making feel the guest as part of their family, room very clean fresh towel and amenities daily, WiFi with free transportation to and from the garage unlimited, very convenient location with restaurants, stores , bakery and attractions within walking distance, I have good memories of Hotel Plaza Mayaguez, I strongly recommend this hotel."

"Had a lovely 4 night stay. Hotel is like a resort. Has everything you need right there--walk right out to the ocean, great restaurant and bar overlooking the ocean, pool, lounge area. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great air conditioning, comfortable bed, good lines and daily housekeeping, which is unusual these days. In a cute town with nice restaurants and shopping. Great location. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay there again when visiting family in PR."

"The staff was friendly, good food and good pool bar. Rooms were renovated and clean, but elevator was out of service and made getting around a hassle with the luggage. As well as having to go up and down three flight of stairs to go to the pool, beach and restaurant. The town of Rincon has cute little shops, boutiques and restaurants."
