「I don’t know if all the rooms are the same but after a very long day and the usual stresses of flying the one thing you need is sleep. Not possible in the room I was in. Everything was great until it was time to switch the lights off. Directly above my bed was the brightest green “Exit” sign I had ever seen. No matter how I tried to position myself in the bed the bright light was beaming into my eyes. It was so bright it lit up the whole room. In the end the only thing I could do to escape it...

Check in was a bit awkward being fully automated and I couldn't get the machine to speak anything other than Spanish eventhough other languages were possible.
