The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and every detail feels thoughtfully designed. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a creative touch that makes the whole place feel unique rather than just another hotel. What I loved most is the combination of style and comfort. It has a cool, vibrant energy while still being relaxing and cozy. After a long day exploring Bilbao, it’s the perfect place to come back to!"

"Great location! Very clean hotel with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff is wonderful. The Guggenheim is within 3-5 minutes walking distance. "

"We enjoyed a three night stay at the Voco. The hotel itself is modern, clean and of a good standard. Staff were friendly and everything seemed fairly new and well maintained. We didn't make use of the breakfast facilities or bar so can't really comment but they looked quite inviting. The room was a good size for two with a spacious, comfortable bed. As a light sleeper I really appreciated how quiet it was. There was no noise from outside the hotel at all. The only down side was the neighbourhood which was really quite sketchy. The main route from the hotel to the old town runs through a district called San Francisco which is should be avoided at night. "

"The hotel is nice but very simple. The staff isn’t welcoming and cheery just very business with minimal conversation. We felt as if we were a bother. The lobby is very basic with no real sitting area and the entrance to the hotel is on the backside not the street level which is inconvenient when arriving and unloading. It’s not clearly noted and is a bit confusing. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Pillows were very hard unfortunately. There is a small, complimentary coffee station in the lobby that is a nice perk. "
