"When I arrived in my room, the bathroom was dirty. I called down to the front desk and he came to the room and was a little bit argumentative with me, but after I asked him for a different room, he did accommodate me that room was fine."

"One of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. They have ceilings fans which I thought was really cool. Very clean and quiet even though right back downtown (I think-it was fairly busy outside)"
