「The Hancock House is a beautiful Victorian Home with a wonderful wrap around porch with a panoramic view of Dubuque. Simon is terrific host.」

「The elevator service was below standard. For the size of this hotel. there needs to be additional elevators installed. At breakfast time and again at check-out, there were long waits with large crowds on every floor.」

「Nice spot for a quick weekend trip. Construction on a new building next door which took up much of the parking lot. However, staff was helpful and offered a shuttle to the casino. Strongly recommend Catfish Charlie’s for dinner nearby. 」
