「Hot tub was not heating and did not get hot until an hour before they close the pool area. Found food left from a previous guest in our room. Strange smell in hallway. And there was mold on the wall in the bathroom in our room.」

「The hotel was located downtown near the river, restaurants, a brewery and pleasant walking neighborhoods. The front desk staff were helpful in locating restaurants for varying diets. Parking was easy and on site. We had a lovely stay.」

Then the elevator doesn't stop even with the floor and my first step out was face first on the floor as the elevator stopped about 3 inches above the floor.
