「Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have...

「Another fantastic stay, faultless. Comfy bed and quiet. Location is great for getting to other places and i love the 10 min walk to Deganwy beach and prom with my dog before breakfast back at the hotel. The food and service are excellent. Staff very helpful, polite and attentive. I would not stay anywhere else. The sunsets from the terrace are awesome with a spectacular view across to Conwy and the Castle. I visit the hotel every year and would not stay anywhere else. I always take my dog so...
