「The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going beyond the norm. The room was well presented with a brilliant view of the beach. Not only was tea and coffee available in the room but a ready supply of biscuits. Whist downstairs water was available all day. A brilliant hotel from Manager to cleaner.」

「Bed was not comfy as we had backache after second night , we turned mattress round was ok that night but the after that . The step into the shower was too high and we had to buy a step to get in it and also the floor surface was very slippy . Was ck an and tidy and overall not a bad place to stay and would recommend and return at some point 」

「I was attending a course in the leisure centre next door. The Aqua was an excellent, relaxed place to stay. The staff/owners were polite, friendly and generated a relaxed atmosphere. The small, well stocked bar carried on this relaxing, informal atmosphere. (The squeaky bar stools could do with fixing but were still amusing) The food is top notch and very affordable. 「Le personnel était très gentil et professionnel, c’est vraiment ce que j’ai le plus apprécié ! La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Ce que j’ai moins apprécié c’est la salle de bain car selon ma réservation j’aurais dû bénéficier d’une baignoire et ça n’était pas le cas, il y avait très peu de produit gel douche et shampooing dans le contenant, insuffisant pour deux personnes ! Les petites serviettes étaient très abîmées. Le petit déjeuner était correct mais choix insuffisant.」

「Hotel is in great location but the car park is a public car park. So in busy times you could end up with no space although it’s a large car park. And it’s rough, loose stones and not flat. The staff are lovely, very helpful. We had a lovely sea view room, comfortable bed, nice bedding, not huge and the en suite is quite snug, but lovely and clean and modern. Nice to have cooked to order breakfast, overall a good place to stay.」

「Well situated hotel close to the old town and not far from the museums, port, station etc. Good secure parking (9 spaces), reasonable price and comfortable room and bed. Two complaints; pillow was too hard, bath was too small.」
