"We stayed for a quick overnight fun trip with 2 teenage boys and a young child. We booked a premium double queen suite. It had plenty of room for all 5 of us. The only dostintion i could see for the premium was the snacks provided in the room. Unfortunately we did not recieve those but contacted the front desk and they immediately corrected the problem. Customer service was excellent. The breakfast is always great compared to other hotels. The only drawbacks to this location is it is an older building so some updates could make it look cleaner. The pool area is quite small but it worked for us. Some more seating out there would be nice. Overall i give and 8-9 out of 10. We will be staying again. "

"Big roaches as soon as I walked into the room"

"Room dated. Hotel smelled musty. Dryers in the halls to get moisture up. Expedia AND Hotel refused refund blaming each other. I was stuck there two days. It’s old and subpar. Nice dining areas attached to hotel was the only plus. "

"Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and able to answer all our questions. Breakfast was standard. A hot entree of eggs, sausage of some sort and potatoes. Breads, muffins, Yogurts, cereals, fresh fruit, and oatmeal. Juice, milk and coffee which was decent. Check out is a breeze. Would stay there again. "

"Dead bug in the bedding, bathroom door frame had been kicked in and destroyed, floor reeked of bleach and was somehow sticky, mattress had a large and concerning indentation, bathtub was covered in stains, plumbing was loud enough to hear through the walls. Front desk staff was nice though."
