Best Western Encanto hotels

"Shower head had hardly any water pressure to wash the shampoo out of my hair. This is probably a common complaint. I can understand about saving water and water is expensive but maby this matter could be looked into."

"People were friendly and it was pretty straight forward to get to our room. The only problem is we never received our crib even when at check in they told us it would be up in a couple minutes. We had a 3 day stay so the crib was pretty important. Other than that, it was good for the price and proximity to big places. "

"Even though I arrived in the early hours of the morning, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient staff person. They checked me in quickly and gave me clear directions to my room. The best part of his advice was telling me about the donut shop very close to the hotel. I was able to get something to eat that late at night. So good."
