"Beautiful authentic stay The hotel is a little old fashioned but still beautiful and the views are spectacular. The onsen public bath was really good too - spacious , clean and relaxing. My whole Emily is reallly happy"

"The walls are paper-thin, you can hear neighbor's TV. There is a smell of mold in the room. The shared bath was not clean. The futons are very thin as well. The communal toilet slippers were disgustingly dirty, and no other slippers inside the hotel were provided (you walk on very old carpets and ..."
