"The area is lovely. Staff was great and so was the hotel breakfast and dinner. The lobby and other community areas were great. The only reason for giving the hotel three stars overall rating is that the bathroom was outdated - the hotel was celebrating a one year opening so I was surprised at the outdated bathroom condition. "The walls are paper-thin, you can hear neighbor's TV. There is a smell of mold in the room. The shared bath was not clean. The futons are very thin as well. The communal toilet slippers were disgustingly dirty, and no other slippers inside the hotel were provided (you walk on very old carpets and floors in the hotel hallways barefooted).
