「We have chosen this hotel during the time Bali airport was close due to the volcano eruption and we are very happy with it. It is close to the speedboat pier to the Thousands islands. The area is not the best, but the hotel itself is clean, comfortable and modern. Essentially furnished and with good a/c. Bathroom has sink and good pressure hot shower.
Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. 」

Room is okay, staff make the sheet and put new bottle water everyday, air conditioner works very well, sometimes you can hear traffic noise.
You can hear people talking on the corridor till 22.00. Furnitures may not that new, you can see dirty area on the sofa and chair, like the one had been use for over 3 years. Broken and repaired washstand and no hair dryer in the room.
Well, this hotel is not the top choice but price corresponds to still need to give applause...

「Took about 45 minutes to check in. Reception couldn't find my reservation even though I showed him my reservation information from hotels.com and the receipt. He even got the night manager involved and still no luck. Finally after about 45 minutes he agreed to let me have a room and he would contact hotels.com in the morning. I was shown to a room on the 3rd floor, no elevator and with an A/C that wasn't working. I didn't get any sleep at all given the hot humid condition. Also no toilet paper...
"I was nearly get my feet hurt by sharp edge of the metal plate between the corridor and the washroom. Can't believe the door can't be closed unless I bang it when I get out. The lifts are extremely slow."
