「I arrived at check in at 4h30pm only to be told that there was no apartment available for myself & my friends to check in. We had been on the road for hours driving to JNB & it was completely unacceptable that no contact had been made prior to us arriving at property to inform us that no apartment was available for us. No one seemed to care where we would go at that late time on a long weekend & we had no refund to book somewhere else. Eventually the Apex made a plan to check us into another...
