"Amazing set up with the Bass Pro shop and restaurants onsite. Nice people, beautiful rooms, safe."

"The rooms are very nice, bathrooms nice and clean, bed comfortable clean could’ve used another blanket though. Parking is OK. Did not use the gym. The gentleman at the counter was very nice, friendly and professional. I think his father was sitting there just watching everything when he could’ve got up and helped when multiple people came in at the same time. The only complaint was the breakfast bar which I always look for a really great breakfast bar, but there was a basketball team staying there also and the breakfast bar was just trashed and they could’ve provided more than one waffle maker. since there was so many people the line was long, they ran out of batter then they ran out of syrup, but there was syrup poured all over the counter. There was cereal poured all over the counter. And another disappointment on the breakfast bar was the coffee machine with all the fancy coffees was not working at all. I’d still give it a very good recommendation. It was just all the other people that was there at the time. The only thing the hotel could’ve prevented was having coffee for the coffee machine. There was a coffee machine that worked but it was just plain coffee. They had one with fancy coffee but that one was not working."

"I liked nearly everything about the Hu Hotel. The only thing that let it down was the water in my room. It was scalding hot, even from the cold tap, which made it impossible to have a shower. A wash in the sink once the water had cooled in the basin was my only option. I reported this on day one but, despite apparently sending an engineer to look, it didn’t change. The room itself was lovely (but avoid 605 unless you want a boiling hot shower), the staff were really personable and friendly and the roof top bar was excellent, but a shower is kind of a basic requirement, so I had to dock stars."

"The first room we were checked into reeked of sewage or a funky smell, like it was lingering, or it had been there for a while. Once we addressed this to the front desk staff, they allowed us to moved rooms and the issue was resolved. In the New room, there was paint, chipping off walls, inside the restroom. "

"I arrived and the parking lot was pock marked with deep chunks missing; it felt like I was driving on rocks! I parked where the front door should be, and the doors were steel chained shut. I called the front desk and the man instructed me to come into the lobby from the side door; the front doors don’t work. I did and found a man at the front desk arguing to get his ID returned from the clerk sitting behind security glass with a small pass thru teller type opening. When I got to clerk, he told me he was off duty in about 30-minutes, could I come back when the new clerk arrived. During my wait in the lobby, a woman in excessively tight clothing approached the clerk and ask to buy another hour and a half for a room. The same man who asked me to wait for the next clerk obliged the woman, took her money, and handed her a key. I went back to the car and informed my son I think this is a hotel used for activities that may be unsafe for us to be around. He asked to stay somewhere else, and I found a 2-bed room available in The Guesthouse at Graceland for two nights, and another 2-bed room available in The Peabody for the other three nights. I went back to ask clerk for a refund and he was unable to refund my money because I booked they a third party. I went back to my rental car and booked the other two hotels; driving directly to The Guesthouse at Graceland for two nights. I would like a full refund; Expedia should be ashamed to have this hotel on your site!!!!!!!"
