「Very nice experience! Great!」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.」

「Bella struttura, la pulizia non era però ottimale (abbiamo trovato un bel po' di capelli, sia in camera che in bagno). Le camere potrebbero essere migliorate, fornendole ad esempio di minibar e bollitore. La colazione buona ma i lievitati non erano freschi. 」

「We had a lovely stay at Casa Miramonte. Good location for walking into the centre. Room was a nice size and we had a little sauna too! I would say the only downside is you can hear the neighbours from in the room. Other than that I would recommend for a stay outside of the city centre 」
