「Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always friendly. The common area is definitely a big plus; it's so relaxing and convenient to have that space. 「Veldig bra beliggenhet i sentrum av Bologna. De ansatte hjalp oss med det det meste, og vi fikk nydelig frokost på caféen ved siden av. Det som kunnet vært bedre var at rommet var lite, og det var dårlig ventilasjon på badet, så det ble veldig fuktig luft på rommet etter dusjing. For en leilighet i Bologna er nok dette veldig bra standard, og servicen fra verten var upåklagelig, svarte raskt på meldinger 👍」

「No amenities except a coffee maker. Room was a good size but smelled of smoke, on top of other guests smoking in their rooms while we were in the hotel. Very unpleasant. The shared bathroom was clean enough but not expected so a disappointment. At least there is an elevator, since it's 6 floors up!」
