「A music concert was held in the garden opposite to the hotel with closure of road outside the hotel during my stay. Hotel operator had in advance communicated with the local police in that hotel guests with car could still drive into hotel garage with exemption. The arrangement was highly appreciated.」

「Room was immaculately presented along with daily room cleaning! We arrived after 10pm for a late check-in, and the lights in our room were left on so we could find it easy in the dark and rain. The property was well kept, plenty of parking, and we really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The bathroom is spacious and great, water pressure perfect. From booking to check out, staff were friendly and amazingly helpful, and we thank you dearly. We’ll be back if ever in Tauranga in the future! 10/10」
