「Large but slightly dated home was clean and comfortable. For the price, I was not impressed with the peeling ceiling in the bathroom or that some of the dishes were not completely clean, but the rest of the home was nice with a lovely patio and was across from the pool. The grounds had beautiful landscaping and the pool was nice. Close to restaurants and shopping with pak n save close for dining in options. 」

「As I was stuck in evening traffic, I almost missed the manned check-in time which was 18:00. However, I noticed I got reminder messages sent to me through multiple channels such as emails, SMS and Expedia, it was a kind reminder telling me how I can pick up my key card after office hours. At the end I made it on time, so I got to meet with the receptionist and he offered me free milk for my drinks in the room too, very considerate.」

「Excellent place to settle for the night. Kate was so lovely & friendly. Everything we needed was provided. Highly recommended if you need a nice affordable place near Mount Maunganui. 」

「Stayed at an apartment for 2 nights in June 2025 and very happy with our stay. The accommodation is excellent and overlooks the best beach in New Zealand - 10 min walk to an impressive array of shops, bars and restaurants. Have no hesitation in recommending」
