「Great clean hotel all hood」

「When we first arrived they didn't give me the room I asked for 3 months ago when I made the reservation, they should of let us know that the hotel was booked for a convention for narcotics anonymous, the hotel was full of skechy looking people , I wasn't comfortable waking alone in the stairwells and hallways, there was dogs and smoking of everything at every door way. 「From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there.
