Staff were outstanding and responsive to all requests and questions. Nice dining area and presentation. Great central location to Grasmere village. The lawn of the Hotel brings rabbits and relaxing atmosphere to guests. Friendly staff and great self-served breakfast. A good balance of price and service. Will definitely visit again.」
