"Noise, I was assigned with a connecting room and seriously I heard the most intimate noise from the connected room’s guests. The room was just above a bar and the music was so loud. Asked if I could change room and manager was so rude and unresponsive that I was almost crying. He was very busy receiving a present from someone who was giving him a present for the good job that he did finding a lady a nice room. Previously I asked through Expedia message that I will need a quiet room so … Expedia rate is not awkward for them maybe? Any way is a shame because used to be a nice place ."

"Everything was amazing except I did hear a lot of noise and the cleaning staff late at night and in the morning maybe the walls are not strong or very soundproof"
