「Clean room. Great location if you are visiting the San Cristobal Canyon. No staff on property, lobby closed the majority of the time, staff was available over the phone. Restaurant closed the majority of the time we were there despite being advertised as open on google. To be fair their facebook page has the correct operating hours (Thursday- Sunday). 」

「Buenas Noches entiendo que es un hotel de muchos años pero la limpieza en los cuartos y el mantenimiento del administrador tienen que trabajarlo de manera inmediata,yo personalmente no lo recomiendo y los empleados que sean más empaticos con los huéspedes .」

「The hotel, its décor, and its overall atmosphere were very nice. Everything was clean, but there was a strong smell of humidity. For the price, it was worth it.」

「My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain.」

「Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the place was poor and the pool was unusable as it was not clear or clean. One day the water went out and I had to go somewhere else and pay to clean up. I returned to the hotel because there was no other hotel available since there was an international activity where the city was full to capacity and there was no prevention as a sistern to be able to overcome this inconvenience. The parking lot had poor lighting.」

「Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so...

「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」
