「Lobby was nice, large, and bright. Room, lobby, elevators clean. Beds were comfy and A/C worked well.」

「Rooms are spacious enough. I liked open area for fresh air. However, staff not removing trash could see trash cans full for 2 days. Refrigerator needed in room. Could not get extension for check out. Breakfast is poor: no milk for 2 days; no fruit, always serving cereals , coffee and bread. If you say break fast included; try to make a variety at least every 2days… Can be great if those issues are resolved 」

「Property is impressive for such a small town. Clean, high end and great restaurant/bar. Only downside is the general parking and Valet parking are in a padded parking lot across the street. I would expect secure underground parking for a property of this caliber.」

「This was a nice place to stay when visiting our kids at ACU on a busy weekend. The campus is only 15 minutes away. Staff were excellent. The property is a bit dated. Another reviewer said it reminded them of a renovated Holidome, and I would second that opinion. We had a slight hiccup with an odor coming into our room through the ventilation and the staff were super responsive at addressing it, and got it resolved without any issues.
