The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable. The lobby provides hot tea, iced water, and coffee throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The room was clean and well maintained, and the double-bed room actually has two large beds, which is more than sufficient for a family stay.
However, the check-in process was poorly organized, which significantly affected our experience. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and understood that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., so we registered in advance and left our phone number after being told we would receive a call when the room was ready. We returned to the hotel around 2:00 p.m. and waited until 3:00 p.m., but no one contacted us. The check-in line kept getting longer, and only after asking did we find out that we had to line up again from the beginning. As a result, we didn’t receive our room key until around 4:00 p.m.
Ironically, guests who arrived at 3:00 p.m. were checked in earlier than we were, even though we had registered at 11:00 a.m. This indicates poor front desk management. A simple number-based system—issuing numbers based on arrival time and calling them starting at 3:00 p.m.—would easily solve this issue. Unfortunately, such a small operational problem greatly worsened the overall check-in experience."
