"Dated but clean. Parking on the street so be prepared to haul your bags. Comfy bed. Lots of hot water. No continental breakfast. Just coffee and granola bar type snacks. Great l9cation for downtown or to access the riverwalk."

"Fantastic location & price! For boaters it's gold, but even for me, it's still a great, old school motel. Real key (no card!) that you drop in a bowl at the office to check out. Little fridge & microwave, no in room coffee maker. But there's a coffee machine free to use every morning in the office. Very tiny bath & shower, but usable. Be aware though, NO ice maker for guests. Likely because they get so many boaters & fisherman that it would be abused. But, it sucks when you're just a normal guest. Small sacrifice though ! Love this place!!"
