「Easy access to downtown and highway. There was nothing wrong with room. A little dated, but Covid did that to everyone and some businesses never came back. I would rent again in a heartbeat. It is a place to sleep and wash not vacation.」

「The only two downsides were a lack of WiFi and cell service (only available in the main house) and no GPS. They do send you very detailed directions, but if you are wholly unfamiliar with the area, it can be a little unsettling to be on winding roads outside of civilization with no cell service. I admittedly panicked (we drove for 12 straight hours overnight), and our friend was on the verge of declaring us missing because he couldn't get in touch with us. Obviously, we were totally fine and...

「Friendly staff, great breakfast, tv and WiFi worked great, plenty of hot water for shower, and very comfortable beds. BUT, the cleaning crew seems to think cleaning the tub/shower, putting in clean towels, and changing the bedding is all there is to cleaning the room. Sugar spilled on the desk. Dirt on the floor. Significant layer of dust on the shelf under the sink (which they have seen if they had put the hair dryer back in its bag. And the drain in the tiling didn’t work so hard to bathe...

「House keeping never brought any more coffee to the room for the 3 nights I stayed. The room was good except…..the toilets should be adult height not child height. I know it wasn’t labeled a handicap room but the higher toilets was all that was missing 」

「I truly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites in Charleston WV. When arriving there was an event going on which did not impact my stay at all. I was in a room with no TV but a remote, I called front desk and they changed room instantly the only thing I had to carry everything back down to 1st get new key and go back to new room. The front desk attendant should have met me at room. I ordered room service and it was delivered quickly. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely go back!」
