「Absolutely gorgeous place! My friends and I enjoyed every minute of our experience. When outside, you're in a spectacular location on the river. When inside, it feels more like a high-end hotel rather than a motel. When you're comfy in bed, the only reminder that you're in a forest is the soothing sound of the river. The staff are great people! We shared a bonfire in the evening and enjoyed conversations! 」

「Was just 2 of us, but amazing, homey cabin closer to Meyers. Would definitely stay again. Owner is an awesome communicator. Comfy beds, comfy couches, pool table and ping pong!」

「Super close to lifts, and restaurants. A little rough around the edges, but most things were fine. Appliances were all nice, and t.v. was modern. To nitpick (since you asked), my biggest complaint would be that there wasn't a clean sponge in the kitchen sink, and the only cooking pot available for cooking would have been rejected from a second-hand store. I don't expect too much from rentals (ie, I usually bring my own knives and basic cooking supplies), but I want at least basic quality pots...

「Comfortable stay during off season in Kirkwood. Assigned garage parking easy to use. Plenty of kitchen tools and dishes as needed, with dishwasher in unit. Washer and dryer in unit, but didn't not use. Instruction for TV in living room easy to follow. Unit was clean and friendly for family. No store or restaurant open nearby during off season, but plenty of options in South Tahoe.」
