「Had to ask twice to get the room cleaned. Both restaurants by the casino were okay but not great. No continental breakfast. Bathrooms were big, rooms were good. Loved the goat.」

「We have stayed there several times, its always quiet and private. The staff are excellent.」

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「Very basic motel, but extremely helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were simple but clean and each has a turntable! In the lobby there is a large collection of vinyl that you can borrow. Thanks!」

「Had a horrible experience and would not stay at this hotel again. The loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. Our air conditioning unit sounded like a plane, ran rough the whole stay, and the room fridge ran all night. The shower didn’t have a curtain liner, the curtain was like a bed sheet and was ripped in several areas and leaked water out of the shower. The bed was lumpy and even, overall horrible hotel experience.」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「Our room was given to other people when we arrived late at midnight eventhough we booked and paid months ago. They were fully booked so we were put in a different room which wasnt big enough to fit 6 of us. Thats very disappointed. However, the staff who helped us check in was helpful and able to find a solution eventhough this wasnt his fault at all.」
