「Clean room, family friendly, and came out of town just to soak in the tub. The adult hours for the spa are wonderful, and the 12 curfew is great! 」

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「I didn’t use the gym」

「The property was conveniently located for us. The staff was friendly as well. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t have enough towels for our party of 4. (Just 2) It also took time to warm up our room. 」

「The room was clean. Bed was on a cheap frame , mattress was okay. The bedding was nice. There was only a sample of shampoo. No hairdryer and only 2 sets of towels. 」
