「The staff were very very very friendly! They always provided necessary service and info timely. Also, the hotel location is good, it will not take much time on foot to reach Sacré-Cœur, Galeries Lafayette and good restaurants. 「Dirty, smell & small room. Very very bad service hotel, and no facilities hotel. The elevator & corridor is so terrible. The location is poor. If walk to Avenue des Champs-Élysées / triumphal arch, need over 15 minutes.」

「My son stayed at the hotel with 3 friends and absolutely adored it. They did everything they could to make his stay perfect. My son said it was the nicest hotel he’s ever stayed in and everyone was helpful and kind. In particular one of the staff called David went out of his way to make their stay perfect.
