"The dormitory is beautiful and probably the best I've ever been in. Had a Scandinavian feel to it as spacious and clean. Bathroom also spacious. However mostly male staff work here and they just walk into the all female dorms. One knock and they come in. Also when being cleaned through the day the doors are left open so rooms fill with mosquitos. You try and explain this and they can't understand English. Also no curtains for each bed so no privacy. 10/10 Excellent

"We landed at 2 am and had booked airport pick up. The driver was already there waiting. As soon as we got into car we could see the hotel right in front of airport ! It was 2am I would have still booked but daytime I would just walk there. Reception got in touch in advance to offer services and that communication was really good. We got traditional Kerala welcome! This was nice touch. The check in was quick. The room was good size and we had restful sleep. We also had breakfast in morning before leaving. It was nice vibe in breakfast room with artist playing flute and tabla. The variety and quality of food was superb. We stayed in other hotels in Kerala for this 4 nights short visit but stay and food in Taj was the best. Highly recommended "
