Location is on the beach. Choose first floor rooms for better sea view. Place is quiet. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. They will help you make transportation arrangement for in town or outstation.
Breakfast is cooked off the property and served in your room. It is simple 2 item deal with tea.
Overall great value for the location.

Hands down the best location and room on the beach that I've experienced in a long time! My room had a beautiful big balcony that literally looked out to the private beach which was so calming and relaxing. The room was nice and clean and seemed upgraded. The staff was also incredible! Not only do you get a free breakfast of your choice by pre-ordering your food, the staff went above and beyond for me by preparing me a traditional local meal on banana leaves for free when I paid a little extra to extend my checkout time! If you are ever in this part of Kochi and are looking for a clean luxury place with the best view of the ocean, I highly recommend staying here!!
