"This property was amazing, from the staff to the accommodations. I was solo traveling and they made sure I felt safe and checked on all guest. Just an all around amazing place. I will be staying again. Breakfast buffet btw, the best I’ve ever experienced "

"The Hotel has been here a very long time and unfortunately is in need of a big overhaul, imo. Beds fine, and brekkie buffet was very good. Two restaurants on site unfortunately were out of a few menu items for dinner, and their Pattacones were as hard as Hockey Pucks and totally unedible at the Casino Restaurant. Staff, however, are very professional. No Smart 📺 Tv, too. This Review is in my opinion only, though…~~~"

"Hotel was ok but towels were dirty and we had to ask several times for something. There was not a lot of thank you and sure, it was okay but not the 4-5 star standard you’d expect."

"This hotel was in a very good area. It was in the center of a lovely safe community that had activities going on the weekends. There were many good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel was clean with a very friendly staff. The only thing to complain about were the thin sheets. "

"I had several terrible experiences with the front desk staff. They were rude, dismissive and unhelpful. The beds were wobbly. The showers were poorly designed and the building next door had loud music every night. "

"They double-booked my room so another guest tried to get in with a key that worked in the middle of the night. Then they called my room at 6am to ask how to spell my last name, then they knocked again at 7am for no reason whatsoever. "
