One of the toddler pools was not working and there were works going on during our stay The music at night from the bands/shows could be pretty loud and hard to sleep at times The British tv channels do not work, apparently this is a bigger problem than the hotel and not a big deal but it would have been good to have been informed about this at check in I was encouraged to check in in advance but I can't see how this saved any time upon arrival as I had to do it all again I'm listing all of these things although minor as these are the things that would make it an all round 5 star experience."
