"I would love to give a truly deserved shout out to hector!!! He made this trip memorable and and felt truly supported throughout my entire trip. I had gone with a large group of people, and every single member of my group was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism, his ability to manage our time wisely and assist us in every way possible my only complaint was with the spa. I truly felt that this is a scam with the need to pay 50% of the price when the service is being utilized on the last day and cannot be rescheduled specifically when it comes to weather challenges, I cannot control the weather and therefore I should not be held responsible to pay 50% of the initial price that being said the man at the bar deserve a raise for the amount of work that they do for the guests at this hotel they are so friendly and kind and hard-working. I would like to shout out Omar and Erickson for their amazing service for this large group. We also had a blast with the men by the pool such as Roberto and Eric these man deserve the credit or credit is due. My biggest complaint was with the food being lackluster, but again this is this is an all-inclusive resort and at times through my experiences with all inclusive resorts. This can be a common theme. The bedrooms were cleaned appropriately. Everything was decorated beautifully. I felt safe during my trip. My other concern was more with the maintenance of the children’s splash pad."
