"We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. They have an airport shuttle which is very convenient. They also helped us arrange a private shuttle and tour to Tikal. We loved the onsite bakery, bar, & restaurants. We really didn’t have to venture off the property. My one feedback is bugs seem inevitable, maybe better pest control. "
