Understanding that issues occur at the very least let your guests know they are out of order before they check in and attempt to use them. I will say that the sweet lady that runs the breakfast in the morning is a gem. Do everything you can to keep her. "

"Hotel is a little rough looking on the outside but the room was nice, clean and seemed recently updated. The hotel and area were quiet, we didn't hear any noise all night. Very convenient location to downtown. Thanks for a good stay in Pueblo!"
