Sobre todo señalar, que hace poco que acaban de abrir y todavia quedan algunas cosillas que mejorar, pero se agradece el esfuerzo que estan haciendo para conseguir un sitio agradable donde pasar unos dias y estoy segura que en poco tiempo estara funcionando todo al 100%. 「Staff is top notch . This hotel is my home in Madrid . I feel overly safe and trust me Fernando is the best staff I have ever dealt with . His patience and ability to help whenever he can . Close to super market and the designer out is a few minutes walk . 」

「This is our second stay at Galaico in 3 months and the second time was as good as the first. Lovely welcoming staff who are happy to help with anything, comfortable and warm rooms (probably a little too warm for me but we opened the window and turned off the heating and it was fine!) We haven’t eaten in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. The housekeeping staff are very welcoming and polite. I will definite stay here again - and will likely be returning at Easter. 」
