Great place to stay outside of Madrid downtown. Convenient for where we needed to be. Clean. Comfortable. I can understand the reviews that say this place is hot in summer; the window doesn’t open fully for security reasons and the air conditioning is okay for autumn/winter but probably tough in summer. Amenities are all good but for a short stay (unlike a student. This is student accommodation btw) for tourists it is a bit inconvenient. They will give you pots and pans to cook with and plates and a mug but there’s no knife, chopping board, electric kettle, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing sponge… so expect to buy these things. I imagine if enough people leave these things behind, they’d be able to provide it from their collection store. Can be a bit noisy on the weekends. Otherwise very nice stay!

Het personeel was gastvriendelijk en klaar om te helpen. Wel was de kamer niet zo netjes, voetsporen op de muren, vuile stoelen en heel veel stof in en op de meubels.

It’s not a hotel, it’s basically a hostal just happens to have a private restroom but everything is controled by a sensor, so whenever the sensor fails, you’re screwed. Ac shuts off when you leave the room, also if you aren’t moving, so the heat will consume you. It’s decent for a quick visit in town, but really small, and too expensive for what it is. You’ll b better with a hotel

I liked the location, the room itself is nice and tidy, but the AC would go off at times at night, since it works on sensors it goes off when it doesn’t detect you, it was not until 2 days prior to our departure that we got told about a switch to prevent that from happening. The rooms need more care and cleaning, our first room the floor wasn’t clean, the second the AC on one room wasn’t working and there was no TV, and the third one had a broken window curtain so I had to use a sheet to cover the window. We did a total of 5 call ins for maintenance in a span of 4 days. Most were resolved but not all. The most frustrating situation was the AC, in a heat wave over 42°C it’s not nice to have a system that works just sometimes. In my opinion, this is not worth the money that it costed to stay. Some of the staff is really great, others need improvement.
