"Liked that the cleaning crew worked around my needed time in the room. Did not like the lack of amenities that I had when I stayed in the Ilunion 4 - I realized after booking that there were different room "levels" that would have given me more amenities, such as a fridge in the room and a couch - lesson learned for next time. I also liked the "welcome water" in the lobby every day."

"Everything about the hotel was good. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The restaurant had a good menu we really enjoyed ourselves. The bedroom was a little outdated but very clean and caused us no issues at all with comfy beds. However we were told by Expedia we could pay on arrival at the hotel. I sent my share of the cost to my sister but was charged through my bank account in uk currency. My sister arrived at the hotel after we were charged and we were promised a refund after she paid in Euros. As promised I was refunded but in Euros which meant I lost £33 in the exchange. Expedia sent messages and I also spoke to a human who said we could pay at the hotel. Nobody has been able to help me before and after this problem. Very disappointing."

"The facility is beautiful, beach was close by. The pool area was very nice. Too full with people reserving their chairs with towels even though hotel etiquette was clear you can't do that. The drinks are quite expensive but good and generous in portion. Staff is amazing, attentive, available and knowledgeable. I would skip the in-house restaurant and go to local restaurants for dinner, the concierge had amazing recommendations. The breakfast buffet was great and worth the price. Last night stay, there was a wedding at the hotel and the band was playing outdoors, right outside my window. It was quite noisy until late. I would have loved notice that it was happening and to anticipate noise level since I had an early flight to carch. Otherwise I wouldn't have minded the free concert:)"
