「It is a small hotel 5 min walk from the beach. My room was located on the ground floor, it was nice, not too big but very pleasant. The only one thing that bothered me was the fact that you could hear all conversations in the reception and a noise from a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel, it was a problem late at night or very early in the morning. Staff was very pleasant even not everyone can speak English but they definitely willing to help. Hotel is only 7 min walk from a bus station if...

「Everything was fine with this hotel except the free parking possibility. The hotel charged 11 euro for overnight parking. Trying to find free parking on the street gave me the creeps.」

「The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast and the waiter service are great. I've sent an email to request for a room at the higher floor. No response from them at all, but I was given a room on the lowest floor when check in. 」

「I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice. 「无论如何这都不是一家四星级酒店，除了地理位置好，其他都是最多2星标准。房间很小，房内设施也很不好用，只有一个插座，淋浴水忽冷忽热，空调经常自己停止不工作。床头设计更是令人不解，我碰了两次头。明知我们长途旅行有大行李箱，还安排了需要抬行李上数级台阶的房间。房间里没有一瓶免费水，不提供拖鞋，要也没有。我不知道它的高评分是怎么来的。提醒大家避免这家酒店。」

「Beautiful hotel with a spa in a great location and friendly staff」

「The property is very centrally located near to the cathedral but it is also very noisy at night in spite of double glazing. In my friend’s room, the TV channels were not available and the safe was broken for the whole duration of our stay. The staff were apologetic and helpful. The breakfasts were basic to say the least. We left a day earlier than planned. I would definitely avoid using this hotel again.」
