「This was our second stay at Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort. We returned because our first visit was a very positive experience, and we were genuinely looking forward to coming back. Unfortunately, this time the experience was quite mixed and overall disappointing. The most noticeable issue was that the service felt very much on autopilot. Staff were generally polite, but there was very little sense of personal attention or engagement with guests. It often felt as if routines were being followed...

「I got a room with smell of coloring on the wall and whole room. I think they colored the room just a few hours before my arriving. It was horrible smell. Then I asked them too change my room. They did it but there was also smelling of coloring. I tried to open the door and window to get fresh air but unfortunately out of room was more horrible.
