"We had a lovely short holiday by the sea. The view from our terrace was fantastic. Valencia was buzzing with preparations for Las Fallas festival so it was nice to retreat to the hotel which is a short walk away from the centre. The bar in the hotel lobby is a great place to people watch and the staff are often busy but very friendly. We had a lovely afternoon bobbing around in the spa with the water jets in the sunshine. Lovely room with a very comfortable bed in a great hotel and welcoming staff."

"Excellent hotel great location to explore city. Hotel is very well maintained and looked after. Outdoor pool was closed for maintenance so unable to use. Was disappointed with how the spa facilities are marketed. You have to pay 25 euros per person to use the spa facilities ie sauna and steam room and it is time restricted to 1 hour use. When bookings are made for the hotel this information is not clearly communicated to the travellers. The spa facility is run by an external company. No wonder it is empty most of the time throughout the day. I was under the impression the use of sauna and steam room will be complimentary as a paying guest. Please communicate clearly for future guests. Rooms are clean and tidy and bathroom amenities excellent. Really enjoyed our stay here as a family of four booked 2 rooms. Thank you for a comfortable stay."

"Staff were brilliant and helped me retrieve a lost item on arrival. Room was very nice and everything i needed. Location of hotel was superb bus stops are few minutes away. Will happily stay here again."

"The a/c didn’t work in the room. They came to try and fix it but couldn’t so had to control it from Reception during our stay! Breakfast seemed very expensive for a 4 star hotel."

"Room was clean and easy check in. However the air conditioning was terrible it did not keep the room cool it kept switching itself off until I asked and apparently auto kept it on but this also kept switching off. Even when it was on it didn't really do anything. We had to open the windows and this is a very busy area so was very loud with motorbikes in particularl. The noise would have been fine if it was possible to close the windows. Spa was closed which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel with no prior warning this would be the case."

"Very nice hotel, clean rooms, great location, 10 minutes walk to the old city, paid parking nearby. Would gladly stay here again if I ever back in Valencia."
