「A wonderful place to stay. The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything you need. The restaurant serves delicious food at very reasonable prices — I was never disappointed with a single meal. They also assisted me in organizing my day trips with a reliable and trustworthy guide, which made the experience even better. And as a bonus, they even have a very cute cat that adds to the charm of the place. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. 🐾」

「Not safe for travelers. The manager is not a professional. At 5pm on Feb 22 Sunday, he banged on my door, in a hoodie, without identifying himself. He demanded $25 for airport tranfer. Then I realized this was the manager, one Bahaa. I asked him if that was him, and offered my hand. He merely said $25 dollars. The room itself is clean but very shabby. The linens are ragged. The water heater leaks. None of the electric sockets or lights work. Do not be fooled by the nice garden. Americans and...
