「We stayed here for 5 nights and the housekeeping was only done once, so I am not satisfied because we rented two large rooms and there were 4 people in each room. They should change the bath towels every day. The bed sheets were only changed once.」

「The Staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean. It's close to Disney with a free and secured parking. Really enjoy the stay.」

「I asked to be on a lower floor away from elevator noise and waited patiently for my room to be ready. I was given a room next to the seevice elevator. All day long until 11 p.m., it was being used. There was a slight reprieve in the middle of the night. I complained over and over. My sleep was greatly impacted for a Disneyland weekend with my girls.」

「Easy parking Friendly service Delicious breakfast The air conditioning was very noisy and disturbed our sleep」

「It is the Queen Mary. She is 91 years old. You are going to be staying there for the historic value, or if you are a marine/naval enthusiast. The hotel stay essentially includes admission for the length of your stay, meaning you will have basically parts of boat all to yourselves for plenty of photo opportunities. Enjoy sunrise and sunset onboard; great colours for those who chase golden hours. Check-out is at 11 AM, but they don't kick you out until they close again, or until your parking pass...

「The hotel is clean and comfortable with a convenient location, but rooms facing the main road can be noisy. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were very good, and the front desk staff were friendly. However, the housekeeping knocked on my door three times within two hours in the morning, which was a bit disturbing. Unfortunately, there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available in the room — it would be great if the hotel could provide one.」
