"The resort was very nice and the food was ok. The first 3 days was good for service in the buffet but service started getting less after that. We had to get our own coffee and water several times after 3 or 4 days."

The staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The rooms were stunning, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return. A truly wonderful experience! 🌴✨🏨"

"The resort was nice family friendly the food was really good! Two things though the rooms need serious updating and the staff service was inconsistent some were nice some really didn’t want to be there. Overall we enjoyed it we went with our two kids a 4 year old and 8 month old and they had a great time my 4 year old really loved it they had an adorable water park and kiddie pool right next to the adult pool so it made it very easy for everyone to have a good time the beach was wonderful as well!!! And again the food was overall really good especially the restaurants. I would say the rules were a bit annoying for the buffet it was hard to get used to the scheduling. They had a snack bar for in between and I would say that was the knot downer. So make sure to eat at the buffet in the time allotted for each meal 👍 and try to book restaurants as soon as you arrive they are incredible"
