I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. "The hacienda style is very unique and nice. Bedrooms need better maintenance. Carpets need deep cleaning. More water should be provided to rooms given that it Mexico you cannot drink tap water safely."

"The room was clean, nice and very spacious! Breakfast and staff were good too. I would like to note that the shower was terrible, the water sprayed everywhere but down. They fixed it by replacing the showerhead and it was much better, just not a lot of pressure. Also the sink was unusually high up, which made it annoying for my kids to wash their hands because i had to lift them up..."
