「La experiencia en este hotel dejó mucho que desear. Más allá de las instalaciones, el principal problema es la falta de preparación del personal. Desde el inicio hubo mala atención y poca disposición para ayudar. La información sobre la alberca fue inconsistente y confusa, lo que hizo imposible planear su uso. 「Great new Hotel in a really nice location. The staff was exceptional. I travelled with a Service Animal and the staff went above and beyond to support me. Parking garage on site was nice as well. 」

「The property is located two blocks from Plaza Allende. We stayed in the room called Armadillo. It was located in the second floor. The room was vey nice and comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was served in the third floor and it had a great view of the area and of the cathedral.」
