The place is spotlessly clean and very well maintained, and across the street from a public beach (which would be more relevant in the summer, though !). A great breakfast spread! Some side notes for someone looking to reserve is that they have a different concept, so there’s no room service and not bellman. 「Absolutely wonderful experience. The perfect balance of friendly and helpful, mixed with quiet and private. The property is an easy 10 minute walk from many restaurants, pharmacies, medium sized mall, and a grocery store (monoprix). You're right in the middle of La Marsa, but it is very quiet. 「In each mid night, there are strong music noise and you can't sleep well. Reception people attitude not good and not helpful. There are many many ants in room. Not allow to bring room any food. Overall worst experience. 」

「As a five stars hotel it really match but all waiter's eyes show that they want to get tip even they do nothing. Wifi is poor in our room and in the first time they forget to activities our account. And don't know why the toiletries only for one person but we book the room for two person. By the way you can have your breakfast in your room that is nice.」
