The stay was nice and the staff was very friendly.. wish they had an all inclusive option and better food choices and availability but it was nice and a good place to sleep… room service was nice too…only downside was it is a bit expensive for not having very many amenities.
Good staff and very clean.
Does not have pool like advertised, walk a block away. No Bar , used martini glass symbol but had juice only. Non alcoholic region was not mentioned!
To me that’s false advertising 🙁

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Likes: Bed was made, comfy. Decent view. Luggage brought to our room for us straight from the taxi/reception. Reception lady was kind/helpful. Breakfast was good.
DISLIKES!: A staff person down stairs was very rude and stereotyping my wife speaking to her like she was from the street corner regardless of wedding ring and giving them a copy of our marriage certificate as we were checking out the restaurant area, unbelievable, think the person was a manager. Another worker called my wife a derogatory term though she doesnt recall whom that was.
On top of that, there was shattered glass still all over the floor by the little black table in our room, i stepped on a little of it even but luckily missed the biggest piece a few inches only had a small shard of it go in my foot i pulled out and was still water from the last mopping under the table.
Lastly, not a big deal thing but the bathrooms do not have Bidets to clean yourself better, and shower water.
No in room safe, no in room refrigerator, not sound proof btw u can hear a phones youtube video easily from the hallway.
Very disappointing experience.
I booked for my mother, who came from Libya for treatment, and all we asked for was a basic arrangement.
It was refused, and we were treated poorly.
Do we really have to complain just to receive basic care and respect for a sick mother?
Someone only tried to help after we complained — but by then, the damage was already done.
